May 28, 2023: Leadership Transition Update

Sunridge Community Church is currently in the midst of a leadership transition process as Mike and Teresa prepare to step away from the lead pastoral role after 26 years of faithful service! God calls us not to fear but instead to look to Him and His plans, so with that in mind, the church leadership team (LT) has been excitedly exploring what He has for us next.

This past Sunday, the LT shared that they are considering engaging a transitional pastor who would help us as a church to navigate the emotions/changes/path forward questions and set us up for success when a new lead pastor is hired.
